So far I am happy with the clothesline. I have saved over $20 in one month on my electric bill, and other than tightening up the clothesline, which was very easy to do, it has been trouble free. For installation, we got a bag of cement for $3, and found an old plastic 5 gallon bucket, mixed up some of the cement with water in the bucket, and sank the sleeve into the cement. We let it dry overnight, drilled a hole through the bottom of the bucket into the sleeve to let out excess moisture, and dug a hole, and placed the bucket so that the sleeve was just barely over the ground. We filled it in, and put the clothesline in the sleeve, and that was all we had to do.
